🛍️ Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The request is initiated within 1 day of delivery.

  • The product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or qualifies for an approved exchange.

  • The product is not listed as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

  • Products purchased on sale or with discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The item must be returned in original condition, including:

    • Original invoice

    • Tags, labels, authenticity cards, and accessories

    • Original packaging (boxes, bags, etc.)

  • Customized or pre-order products are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • All returned items will go through quality inspection before approval.

  • No cash refunds are given. If approved, a coupon code will be issued for the eligible amount with 30 days validity.

  • Returns or exchanges are processed only after we receive the item in good condition.

🔁 Important: Exchange Shipment Charges

📦 In the case of exchanges, additional shipment charges will apply.
These charges must be paid by the customer and will be communicated during the approval process.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Option 1: Via Website

  • Registered users: Log in to your account → View order history → Email us at nikhilesh@nimton.in.

  • Guest users: Register on the site using the same email used at checkout → Your order will appear in your history → Email us to begin.

Option 2: Via Email

Write to us at nikhilesh@nimton.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if applicable)

Only the original purchaser can request a return or exchange. We will respond on the same email thread and guide you through the process.

✅ What Happens After We Receive the Product

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt.

  • After inspection, we’ll inform you of the decision within 5 working days.

  • If approved:

    • For returns: You’ll receive a coupon code of the eligible amount.

    • For exchanges: We will share shipment charges, and once paid, the new product will be dispatched.
